Our Phone/Remote Support solution means you can get the help you need from the comfort of your home or office. You will be able to explain the problem to an experienced technician over the phone while they take control of your machine remotely (a working internet connection is required for remote support). They'll be able to navigate through your computer to fix the problem without you losing valuable time.

Purchase support in a one-off 1 hour session+ or choose an ongoing support solution over several months. Our Phone/Remote Support plans give you access to an IT expert nearly anytime you need - 24/7, 360 days a year.*

Our ‘We’ll Fix IT or it’s Free’ promise is not applicable for Phone/Remote Support. Closed public holidays.

Sydney & Newcastle Districts Call Out Fee is $180.00 which includes the first hour!

With On-Site support, we will promptly book a date and time that is convenient for you and one of our professional technicians will arrive to attend to your technology problems on the spot.

* Visits can be booked within time slots between Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm. Weekends incur an additional $50 call fee. Additional time can be purchased during the session in 30-minutes blocks ($50 per 30-minutes). On-Site support is available in the Central Coast and Palm Beach areas only. Sydney and Newcastle Districts have a Call Out Fee of $180.00 which includes the first hour of IT Consulting. A Fair Use policy applies of 2-hours of assistance in any one 24-hour period for our Monthly plans. Monthly plans have an expiry of 28 days and time not used does not roll over onto concurrent months or are not eligible for refunds. Closed Public Holidays.
